Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

  • Once the products are delivered and accepted by you as per the original order, there is no refund possible.
  • To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please inform customer service via email within 5 days of the delivery along with images of the delivered product (Please ensure that the size of the email does not exceed above 2 MB). Please allow 2 weeks from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
  • Exchangeable Items: In case of sizing issues- Compression Stockings and Arm Sleeves are eligible for exchange within 3 days of delivery.
  • Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products except those mentioned above.
